Was born in Sosnowiec. In 1990 he graduated from State Art College in Katowice. Later he studied Film Animation in Bielsko Biała. In 1993 he graduated from Teacher Training College and in 1998 from the Art Institute at University of Silesia in Katowice where he studied painting and drawing at Faculty of Fine Arts Pedagogy.

He specialized in oil and watercolor painting, drawing, posters and computer graphics. His works include also outstanding caricatures of famous people from the world of theatre, music, politics and cabaret. He has had numerous solo shows and participated in many group exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
Łozowski’s works can be found in private collections , among others in Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland, Austria, France, Greece, United States and Japan.
He has been a member of The Association of Polish Artists since 2004.

“...My art is myself, this is my silence in solitude — he says Lozowski — allowing me to exist, hear the unheard, see the invisible… Eternal struggle to find the answer to the question – who am I? Unfinished series of variously entitled paintings that gently or sometimes courageously touch our conscience and reveal the truth about ourselves. But the closer to yourself you get, the more difficult it is… A painting is the source of joy where time does not exist and reality blurrs with dreams....”
